Wear Philthy Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you so much for supporting Wear Philthy, a small, independent brand fueled by passion, creatives, and our amazing customers. We’re a VERY small team, and every order makes a huge difference. Because of this, we’ve created a simple policy to keep things smooth for everyone:

Exchanges Only (No Returns)

We currently do not accept returns, but we’re happy to offer exchanges if something doesn’t work out. Here’s how it works:

  • Exchange Timeframe: You can exchange your item within 14 days of placing your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached. (We can’t take back items that show signs of wear or damage.)
  • Final Sale: All sales are final after the 14-day window, and unfortunately, we can’t process exchanges after this time.

How to Start an Exchange

Email us at wearphilthy@gmail.com, with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and what you’d like to exchange it for. Once we’ve approved your exchange, we’ll send you instructions for sending the item back.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges. We’ll cover the shipping for the replacement item.
  • Stock Availability: If the item you want to exchange for isn’t in stock, we’ll work with you to find another option or issue store credit.
